Add new foods to your daily diet:

7. Make a spice that boosts immunity. Fry 3 tbsp cumin seeds, coriander, 8 tbsp fenugreek and one tbsp black pepper in dry shell and grind. Add one teaspoon of ginger powder, 8 teaspoons of turmeric powder and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
